4. Credits, Payments, and Books

Credits are purchased for use with AI tools on the platform. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. Book/PDF compendiums are a separate one-time purchase and, once downloaded, are also non-refundable. Payment processing for both is handled by Razorpay under their terms of service; we do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

5. Accounts

Signing in with Google is optional. If you sign in, your credit balance and purchase history are stored against your account so they follow you across devices; if you do not sign in, your credit balance is stored only in your browser and will not carry over to another device or browser. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via contact us.
